At BASE, we stand by our products, so you can feel confident that your purchase is covered by our 12-month warranty. We’ll get you back in your compression garment as quickly as possible.
There's no need to register your BASE Compression for warranty. Simply keep a copy of your receipt and send it through to us with a description of the fault, should you need to make a claim. Email us at support@baseactive.com.au
- Our BASE Warranty on all products is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, when purchased from BASE or an authorised BASE Active retail partner.
- If purchased from a BASE authorised retail partner, please contact the partner to make your warranty claim.
- Where allowed by law, the BASE warranty does not apply to purchases from unauthorised sellers, including unauthorised Internet sites.
- Your BASE products are supported with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers seams and logos.
- Warranty becomes void if you have not followed the care instructions written on the label.
- Warranty is not valid for standard wear and tear.
- Product that is covered by repair or warranty must have a return authorisation number before being returned. Please contact support@baseactive.com.au for details. BASE will not accept a warranty return without a return authorisation number.
- Proof of purchase from an authorised BASE retail partner is required.
