- Our BASE Warranty on all products is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, when purchased from BASE Active or an authorised BASE Active retail partner.
- If purchased from a BASE Active authorised retail partner, please contact the partner to make your warranty claim.
- Where allowed by law, the BASE Active warranty does not apply to purchases from unauthorised sellers, including unauthorised Internet sites.
- Your BASE Active products are supported with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers seams and logos.
- Warranty becomes void if you have not followed the care instructions written on the label.
- Warranty is not valid for standard wear and tear.
- Product that is covered by repair or warranty must have a return authorisation number before being returned. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details. BASE Active will not accept a warranty return without a return authorisation number.
