When will my order arrive?
Orders shipped with our Express Delivery service should arrive between 2-5 business days after dispatch.

What if my order doesn’t reach me?
If you suspect that your order has been delivered to the incorrect address or has been lost by the courier, please contact us at support@baseactive.com.au so that we locate and/or track your parcel.

What if I need my garment sooner?
If you’ve got an event coming up on the weekend or you simply can’t wait for your garments, BASE has you covered. We offer an Overnight Shipping option for $15.00 within Australia which ensures next day delivery for orders made before 10:00am. For some rural areas, deliveries with Overnight Shipping may take 2 days.

How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details and estimated time of delivery of your order.

Does BASE Active ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally from our website. Freight charges are quoted at the cart, local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

At BASE Active, we are very proud of our reputation for quality. However, if for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, we are happy to offer a refund or a credit on full priced purchases where the goods are: 
 
• Returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to your address specified in the order.
 
• Returned in original condition (clean, unworn, or not washed or soiled, and still have the original tags attached, ensure you are not wearing any perfume or lotion when trying on the garments). For Compression garments, they must be tried on with an undergarment otherwise they will be returned to the purchaser.
 
• The return has been approved by BASE Customer Support,  return number will be provided referenced on your return form (sent with your original order). Shipping is not refundable.
 
• International return requests must be made to BASE within 7 days after receiving your item(s). Return requests that have been submitted after the 7 day period will be denied. 
 
Note: Refunds are offered on full-priced items only. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
