There's no need to register your BASE Compression for warranty. Simply keep a copy of your receipt and send it through to us with a description of the fault, should you need to make a claim. Email us at support@baseactive.com.au
Our BASE Warranty on all products is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, when purchased from BASE or an authorised BASE Active retail partner.
If purchased from a BASE authorised retail partner, please contact the partner to make your warranty claim.
Where allowed by law, the BASE warranty does not apply to purchases from unauthorised sellers, including unauthorised Internet sites.
Your BASE products are supported with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers seams and logos.
Warranty becomes void if you have not followed the care instructions written on the label.
Warranty is not valid for standard wear and tear.
Product that is covered by repair or warranty must have a return authorisation number before being returned. Please contact support@baseactive.com.au for details. BASE will not accept a warranty return without a return authorisation number.
Proof of purchase from an authorised BASE retail partner is required.
