There's no need to register your BASE Compression for warranty. Simply keep a copy of your receipt and send it through to us with a description of the fault, should you need to make a claim. Email us at support@baseactive.com.au
  • Our BASE Warranty on all products is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, when purchased from BASE Active or an authorised BASE Active retail partner.
  • If purchased from a BASE Active authorised retail partner, please contact the partner to make your warranty claim.
  • Where allowed by law, the BASE Active warranty does not apply to purchases from unauthorised sellers, including unauthorised Internet sites.
  • Your BASE Active products are supported with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers seams and logos.
  • Warranty becomes void if you have not followed the care instructions written on the label.
  • Warranty is not valid for standard wear and tear.
  • Product that is covered by repair or warranty must have a return authorisation number before being returned. Please contact support@baseactive.com.au for details. BASE Active will not accept a warranty return without a return authorisation number.
  • Proof of purchase from an authorised BASE Active retail partner is required.
